Vic: Elliott bankruptcy proceedings could begin today
MELBOURNE, Feb 20 AAP - Bankruptcy proceedings against embattled former corporate high-flier
John Elliott could begin today, after a federal magistrate yesterday dismissed an application
to overturn the proceedings.
Mr Elliott had until midnight last night to pay a $1.43 million debt to administrators
of Water Wheel Holdings.
